Books and a Marriage quiz

Recently I have not been reading as often as I use to which is a surprise since reading is one of my biggest interests.

So I have given myself the task of finishing the book I am currently reading.

Charlie
By Lesley Pearse

I started reading this book over two weeks ago read just under one chapter put it down and it's hardly been touched since.

As I have said I have given myself a task of completing this book which I plan to do by this time next week.

Now onto the marriage quiz I found called Our LOVE story.

1. How long have you and your significant other been together?
Stuart and I got together in September 2008 (3 years 6 months)

2. How did you meet? {What's your "love" story?}
It all began in 2008 when my Granddad dropped off my now sister and law and best friend Kim home after a little do for my 18th. It was a lovely day in June I was introduced to Kim's mum, uncle and of course Stuart. I thought he was cute but that he wouldn't be interested in me. Then on September 6th Kim invited me over for the day and we bumped into Stuart who had recently moved into his own rented place with a friend. I couldn't take my eyes off him and was trying to build up the courage to ask him he fancied going out sometime but as he was playing footie and the time was getting on as my mum was soon picking me up ( they lived in a different town from me). So biting the bullet I asked Kim if she could tell him I liked him. That evening I kept waiting for a text from Kim then finally ping she told me he was interested too gave me his number and she gave him mine. we got texting and before long we had sorted out a time, date and place to meet up to watch a film and have a bite to eat the rest is history.

3.If married, how long have you been married?
7 weeks and 4 days (4th February 2012)

4.If you are married, where did you get married at? Big or small wedding?
We got married in the church (All Saints) in Stuart's home town in which he was previously a server for. I'd say it was medium sized wedding not really big but not too small either we had just under 50 guests. We then had the reception at a hall in my home town which was the perfect size.

 5. Do you have any nick-names that you call one another?
we use honeybee and babes a lot.

6. Name 3 things you love most about your honey.
1. his sense of humour
2. his red hair :)
3. he is a family man.

7. Tell us how he proposed?
Even though we hadn't been together that long we had discussed our plans for the future and knew we wanted to be together. He also told me 2009 was going to be the year that he was going to propose so he wanted us to look at rings. I had no idea when he was planning on popping the question and how so when he asked me it came as a surprise at how soon he did it.
It was new years eve 2008 we didn't have any plans to go out and I asked Stuart if he minded cooking little did I know that his plan was to cook anyway. So he cooked us a lovely chicken risotto we watched TV for a bit I wasn't planning on staying up til midnight as I was very tired so went to bed. a few minutes before midnight Stuart woke me up saying he had something to show me. Once I went into the living room I noticed that he had made a heart made out of roses and tea lights. As soon as it turned midnight he went into the heart and got down on one knee.

 8. Is he a flowers and teddy bear kind of guy for v-day, or strawberries, champagne, and rose petals?
He is a flowers and teddy bear kind of guy . We don't really believe too much in valentines day as we feel we should show our love for each other throughout the year. However we do use it as an excuse to eat out or if staying in get some of the posh Tesco meal deal food in.

9. Are you a sunset dinner on the beach kind of girl, or pop a movie in and relax on the couch?
I'd be lying if I said that I wouldn't like a sunset dinner on the beach but I do enjoy being able to just pop  on a DVD and snuggle up with my hubby more.

10. Tell us one thing you'd like to do with your significant other one day? If you could do anything? Go anywhere?
Oh gosh there are so many things that I would love to do with my hubby the big one is travelling to a few major places we want to go to.

11. Give us one piece of advice on keeping a relationship strong and full of love.
be honest with each other and communicate well and always make time for having fun and being silly but always remember relationships aren't always perfect.

12. Show us a picture of what love means to you.
