Helping a friend give up smoking

I'm sure that most of us know someone that has been trying to give up smoking.

There are great health benefits from quitting such as having more healthy skin as smokers in general tend to look older than non smokers. Smokers also get red and tired looking eyes because their eyes are constantly exposed to a number of irritants from the smoke. Quitting means you will have brighter eyes and not only that but your teeth and gums can regain their health and original colour plus a fresher breath.

I know a few people that have attempted to give up smoking over the years and tried a few methods such as : Chewing gum, Patches, tablets, Oral strips and lozenges. Unfortunately they have found that they just don't work for them.

Some people even try and just go cold turkey which just doesn't always work either. Nicotine dependency is the reason why a lot of people find it hard to quit. For some, it can be really hard to cope with the nicotine withdrawal symptoms. Experts suggest reducing the amount of cigarettes that an individual smokes each day can help reduce the nicotine withdrawal symptoms.

If you have a friend trying to quit and has tried the methods mentioned above with no luck than E-Cigarettes may be the way to go! An e-cigarette is an electronic device that delivers nicotine in a vapour. This allows you to inhale nicotine without most of the harmful effects of smoking. The best thing about e-cigarettes is that it provides the user with the same hand to mouth movement as you get from smoking and it also allows you to control the amount of nicotine in your e-liquid which you can gradually reduce to zero.
You can purchase a device from JAC Vapour as they have a wide range of kits.

The use of E-Cigarettes these days is definitely a popular alternative with helping to quit that nasty habit.
