July Favorites

It's time for July favorites and its not a long one this month but I'll get straight into it!

This month I have been loving the Garnier Micellar oil infused water. I use the original Micellar water still, however I am loving this one as its aimed at being able to remove waterproof make up. I tend to use waterproof mascara everyday so this is ideal and removes my eye make up more effectively.

At the beginning of July my skin was quite bad with spots around my jaw line so I picked up the Witch Blemish Stick. This was the spot stick I used as a teenager and it still works well for me so I'm glad that I re-purchased it once again.

Tanya Burr recently released a new collection called soft luxe and in that range is a range of lip glosses. I've not purchased a Tanya Burr make up before but fell in love with her matte lip gloss in the shade Matha Moo. It's the perfect shade for me, I love the packaging and the lip gloss doesn't feel sticky or drying on my lips.

My next favorite is the Herbal Essences Naked 0% Volume shampoo and conditioner.
I have to change my shampoo regularly as my hair doesn't like me using the same ones all the time as it goes very greasy. I love the smell of these ones which is of mint and grapefruit so very refreshing.

I've not done much reading this month but I have read The girl on the train by Paula Hawkins which I found gripping and managed to finish it within 4 days.  I won't go into much detail about but if you love a good thriller and loved Gone Girl than you will most likely enjoy this book. There is also going to be the film coming to cinema's later this year so look out for that too.

Onto Blake's favorites I got him a new In the night garden book recently. I picked it as it's an Iggle Piggle one (his favorite) and also because its a lift and flap book and Blake loves books like that so this was perfect. It is also a new release which is even better.

Keeping in with the In the night garden theme I picked up this light projector. It was on a local selling site for £2 the pinky ponk projector doesn't work but the rest of it does and Blake has loved us projecting it on his wall at night before he goes to sleep.

This Melissa and Doug magnetic hide and seek board is fab. It's a magnetic puzzle with hinged doors made from sturdy wood and perfect for improving memory and fine motor skills. Blake loves this kind of thing and so even though it is recommended for ages 3 + I thought it would be a great toy for him to use when supervised.

We have done quite a few days out and this month we have loved going to the Sea Life Centre in London. Blake loved seeing all the different species and was having a fab time kicking and squealing with excitement.

Another day out we enjoyed was going to Manchester to see In the night garden live.
I'll be doing a post on this shortly so come back if you would love to know what the show and goodie bags are like.

What have you been loving in July?
