This is interesting to read, I had exactly the same problem I actually gained weight because I found it so hard to stick to, I have been losing weight eating healthy balanced meals.

This is really interesting, I was thinking of trying this out but I think I will look at alternative options as I think I would be the same as you and feel hungry all the time, which would mean I would fail :(

That is so frustrating to have worked so hard but lost none. I'm on slimming world and love it so far, as you can have occasional treats and still see results.
