REVIEW: BETTERYOU PRODUCTS

BetterYou are a brand known for their health products, especially their Magnesium range. I recently got sent some of their products to try out. Magnesium luckily can be applied to the skin and easily absorbs.

The first item I received is the magnesium body gel. The body gel is formulated for direct application on joints and muscles, to help support relaxation. I found the gel easy to apply and use it whenever I'm a little achey.  When doing the school run we have to go up hill which makes my legs ache so I tend to use it mainly once we get home. I find it absorbes into my skin really well.

The next product is the body spray from the magnesium sleep range. The Sleep Body Spray combines Zechstein magnesium chloride with lavender and chamomile, promoting deep relaxation, a sense of wellbeing and natural, peaceful sleep..

It's great for massaging into the skin and absorbs easily without leaving skin feeling greasy. I really love the scent of lavender and chamomile. 

The other two items are oral sprays and are from the Vitamin D range. Vitamin D is essential for calcium absorption, maintaining healthy bones and teeth, supporting a healthy immune system and contributing to normal muscle function. The Vitamin D Oral Sprays provide a fast and effective alternative to traditional methods of vitamin D supplementation.

The one I use is the DLux 4000 Vitamin D Oral Spray. This particular one is a maximum strength vitamin D spray, specially formulated to deliver vitamin D through the soft tissue of the mouth for optimal absorption. It's a great alternative to tablets/capsules and has a peppermint flavour. The junior version is pretty much the same but suitable for children 3 years and over.
