TIPS FOR PICKING THE RIGHT WEDDING SUIT

When it comes to your special day the focus maybe on the bride and her dress but don't let that stop you from finding a special suit for your wedding. It's important to find one that not only is comfortable but makes you look and feel good in. There are my ways the groom can make his wedding outfit more luxurious.

Suits come in a range of colours and fabrics. It's not just about the suit either - there are accessories such as shirts, ties, waistcoats and cufflinks to consider.

Finding the right wedding suit doesn't need to be complicated hopefully these tips will give you a helping hand:

Budget
First things first it's a good idea to set the budget when it comes to purchasing your wedding suit. You don't want to find a suit only to realise you can't afford it. It also helps give you an idea if you can afford a custom suit or one off the rack.

Colour and fabric
Once you have a budget sorted you can start looking at suits. You will need to find a suit that is going to work with the wedding colour scheme. But will also need to consider the season, for example pastel colours wouldn't work for a winter wedding. Then there is the type of fabric to opt for. Wool for example won't be suitable for a wedding that is during the summer months.

Style
It's a good idea to research beforehand the style you want. Do you want to wear a 3, 2 or 1 button suit? Do you want plain or pleated trousers? Do you want a slim fitted suit or tailored or classic?

Fit
It's important that the suit you opt for fits your body type properly. It's best to get measured first by a professional so you know your measurements when shopping. This will help to not only save time but your less likely need alterations done.

Goes with shirt and shoes
A jacket and trousers make a suit, but you are going to need to make sure that everything goes with it to make you look sharply dressed. White tends to be popular option for wedding shirts as it matches with almost anything and also has a formal look. A pair of classic black shoes such as Balmoral Oxford ones are ideal for producing that clean smooth look.
