Nuts and insect stings are ones that spring to mind that can cause anaphylaxis but many others can too.
What is an allergy test?
An allergy test can help you to find out what triggers are maybe causing your symptoms and rule out others. It is not a diagnosis as only doctors can diagnose you. However it gives you a stepping stone to talk to your GP and in the meantime having the right information can help you to better manage your allergy and know what to look for.
