It’s that time of the month where I share all the lovely things that we’ve been liking/loving over the month. So here’s everything we’ve loved in May.

Netflix
All of the films and shows I've watched this month and have really enjoyed have been on Netflix. I've not watched as much as last month though.

The Innocent
I do really enjoy Harlan Cobens books and series. The Innocent is about an accidental murder which leaves a man down a dark hole of intrigue and murder. Just as he finds love and freedom, one phone call brings back the nightmare.

Shadow and Bone
I own the series of books but have yet to read them, however I had to watch the show. It's a fantasy where dark forces conspire against a orphaned MapMaker Alina Starkov when she unleashes an extraordinary power that could change the fate of her war torn home.

Woman in the window
This is based on a book that I read a year or so ago. Confined to her home due to agoraphobia a physiatrist becomes obsessed with her new neighbours and solving a brutel crime she witnesses from her window.

Things head and seen
A young woman discovers her husband and home harbour sinister secrets after they leave Manhattan for small town life.

*Low Carb Diabetes Cookbook by Dr David Cavan and Emma Porter

Since my diagnosis of type 2 diabetes in November of 2019 I've struggled on and off with eating healthier and getting my sugars lower. I get bored really easily when it comes to meals and rely on cookbooks. This recent one I've picked up has a great range of recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner and more.

 *Echo Dot 3rd generation
We already own a 2nd generation Echo Dot but we decided to get  this newer version , as we wanted to get one for using upstairs in our bedroom. There are more colour options available with this one and I opted to go with sandstone, as feel the colour goes well with our bedroom. They are such handy devices to have and having two now means I can set reminers, alarms etc when I'm upstairs.

A few months ago I shared the Vitamin C Serum that I love using. This month I came across the eyelash serum and decided to give it ago. I've noticed that my eyelashes are starting to feel a little longer.

* L'Oréal Elvine Wonder Water and  No Haircut Cream
I've found the Wonder Water not only smells amazing but it is also great at making my hair feel softer and less tangly. The No Haircut Cream is great for reducing the appearance of split ends and breakages. It also is great for using just before using heat appliances.

Going Copper

I decided to finally sort my hair out this month and go for something different. I'm absolutely loving the copper colour and it's been a huge boost for my self estem/mental health and confidence. I've been feeling alot more happier thanks to the change.

*Everything is better in your pyjamas sign
I love a cute little sign and this one is now above my side of the bed. I'm definitely more comfortable in my pyjamas.

Wishing well planter
I was browsing the garden special buys online at aldi and came across this Wishing well planter for £25.
I managed to convince the hubby to get one for our front garden. Luckily they had some in our local store.
