This week Blake broke up from school for the 6 and a half weeks summer holidays. We are really looking forward to spending time together as a family, with days out, crafts, science experiments etc.
One of the things we got out on the first day of the holidays was a magic painting set. I think they are such a great idea for mess free fun.
Blake has never actually done these type of magic painting before. He has done the aqua ones that you also use water with but they fade after awhile for you to then do again.
Instead these ones that are by Usborne you use a brush with water over the beautiful black and white illustrations. They then change into bright and colourful pictures.
You can get many different themed books and the particular one we got for Blake is of Dinosaurs. But I have my eye on a few others now that I know its an activity that he enjoys.
