REVIEW| NEREUS HAIRCARE

Ad – Review. I was gifted the NEREUS Duo set in return for  review purposes, however all thoughts are my own.

Many factors come into play when trying to find hair products that work for you. Everyone has different things that they look for such as wanting products suitable for their hair type, a gorgeous lasting fragrance or from a sustainable company.

I've recently had a chance to try out a wonderful hair care range from a company called NEREUS who specialise in sustainable products. Not only are their products sustainable but high end with packaging that is plastic free and the beauty products themselves are ethically sourced. For every bottle sold, Nereus also helps to remove 1kg of plastic from the ocean with every bottle sold through their partnership with Plastic Bank.

I was sent the Detoxing and Hydrating Natural Organic Haircare Duo , which I have been using for a few weeks now. The duo contains natural hair boosting ingredients that leaves your hair looking beautiful, feeling soft and smelling wonderful.   NEREUS's formulation detox's and nourishes your hair, reducing scalp itchiness & build up while promoting healthy hair growth. The natural active ingredients & organic essential oils give your hair a thicker fuller body and silky texture and strengthens your roots.

Nerus products are

  • Free from silicones parabens, sulfates, animal-derived ingredients or harsh chemicals
  • Great for all hair types
  • Plastic free, made in Britain, cruelty free and 100% natural organic fragrances
  • For every bottle that is purchased 1kg of ocean bound plastic will be collected through Nereus partners Plastic Bank

My thoughts

I absolutely love the Australian Buddah Wood fragrance. It's a gorgeous sensory experience for my nose whilst I'm in the shower. I love the packaging not only is it all plastic free but it has a luxurious look and feel to it. The shampoo and conditioner really have made my hair feel clean and soft. I'm prone to getting an itchy scalp which I've noticed I've not had with using the duo.

You can buy the set for as of writing this post for £30 (originally £45) or you can purchase them individually. Shampoo (£16.75 usually £25) and  conditioner (£20).
