I must say September has been a pretty mixed month. We've had a sickness bug and an awful cold visit our household. But we have had lovely evenings spent with our neighbour, school photos and a first reading book. We've not had many days out during September but now we are fully back into a routine the plan is to plan exciting things to do at the weekends.

Amazon Prime:

Nine Perfect Strangers

Nine perfect strangers is based on the book by Liane Moriarty. Taking place at a boutique health-and-wellness resort that promises healing and transformation as nine stressed city dwellers try to get on a path to a better way of living. Watching over them during this 10-day retreat is the resort's director, Masha, a woman on a mission to reinvigorate their tired minds and bodies. However, these nine "perfect" strangers have no idea what is about to hit them.

Disney +

LUCA

I've been wanting to see this for awhile as I'd heard good things about it. Set in a beautiful seaside town on the Italian Riviera, the original animated feature is a coming-of-age story about one young boy experiencing an unforgettable summer filled with gelato, pasta and endless scooter rides. Luca shares these adventures with his newfound best friend, but all the fun is threatened by a deeply held secret: he is a sea monster from another world just below the water's surface.

Netflix

Open your eyes

Open Your Eyes' follows Julia, a girl who has been through a tragic accident and is trying to recover from it. The catch: she does not remember anything about it or about her life before the accident.

Clickbait

When family man Nick Brewer is abducted in a crime with a sinister online twist, those closest to him race to uncover who is behind it and why.

New tattoos
Once Blake was back at school I had two new tattoos done. I booked an appointment awhile ago and had been saving up for them. The first is a book tattoo that I have on my forearm and the second is a daisy on my lower leg. The photos of them above are after they were freshly done. They are fully healed now and look amazing.

Red hair

Yep I've dyed my hair again and went for red. I love it and think it suits me more than I had thought it would.

Dry shampoo
I used to wash my hair every day but since going red I've started washing my hair every two days instead. So dry shampoo has been a lifesaver. I've been using two different brands so far.

I ordered this one off amazon as I needed one ASAP. I don't usually like the smell of dry shampoo but this one isn't that bad. The only thing I don't like about it is that although it does help with absorbing oil it does make my hair feel very dry.

I really like the perfumed scent of this one. It's also great at absorbing oil and doesn't leave any white powdery streaks in my hair.

This stuff really does work wonders. I've had a few flair ups recently hence why I needed a new product to try and this one I'll definitely be purchasing again.

Nivea Orange and Avocado oil shower creme
Smells amazing and so refreshing which is ideal for waking me up in the mornings.

Dew Sterling Silver Stud Earrings
My two new lobe piercings have now healed and so I ordered these two new sets for them. The *cubic zirconia ones are cute and dainty and the star shaped ones are slightly bigger.

*Maybelline New York Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara
I maybe late to the bandwagon on this one as I'm aware it's been popular. I'm definitely liking it though and can see why others have been  raving about it.

Now that autumn is here I thought it was a good idea to start taking a Vitamin D supplement. This bottle lasts a year as there are 365 capsules. I've only used them for a week so far but they seem to help with my energy levels.

I currently use this once a week and love it. However it can actually be used daily as its a gentle product.
