Reading wise I've made a great start into my goal of reading 70 books this year. I've read five books this month two of which are fairly short reads and are non fiction where the remaining three are fiction.
The Little Book of Sleep by Dr Nerina Ramlakhan
I was disappointed with this read tbh. Some of the information was useful but alot of the information and tips mentioned in this book are things that are well known.
An OK read it wasn't mind blowing and alot of the information contained in this book is pretty much common sense stuff. Some of the information was useful though and it was great to see a chapter on mental health included.
Run Away by Harlan Coben
Definitely one to read if you are a fan of Harlan Coben. Run Away is such a gripping read with twists and turns throughout. Your daughter is missing. You'll risk anything to find her. The Authencity Project by Clare Pooley
Such a lovely feel good read that touches on friendship and on how other people's lives aren’t always what they make them out to be.
