 The National Railway Museum in York has been a place we've wanted to take B for awhile so we bit the bullet and headed there recently. If you or someone you know is like B and is a trains fanatic than it's definitely a place to visit. The National Railway Museum is open 7 days a week. 10 am until 5pm with last admission being at 4:30pm. A typical visit takes about one and half to two hours.
