BOOK TOUR | ONE NIGHT IN BEARTOWN | NICK JONES

Ad – review. We were sent a copy of this book for review purposes and all thoughts are my own.

Today I am on a book tour sharing a review of a children's book suitable for ages 4-8 years. One Night in Beartown is Nick Jones second children's book. Nick Jones is an award-winning children's author based in Congleton, Cheshire. His first children's picture book, Sarah's Shadow, was published in December 2017.

About the book:

When bear-mad schoolgirl Sandy Lane has her beloved teddy bear Berisford confiscated at school, she dreads the thought of going a whole night without his cuddles.

Little does she know that a bear-rilliant night awaits her, involving Berisford, a bear statue and many other wonderful friends!

My thoughts:

One night in Beartown is a lovely children's book that is written in vocabulary suited for children 4-8 years. The illustrations by Si Clark bring the story to life and are bright, colourful and stand out. We love the different bears in the story and overall it's a fun read and great for children especially if they love bears.
