FAMILY CHRISTMAS BUCKET LIST 2022

Christmas is my favourite time of year and I love the build up to the day with all the festive events etc and the absolute joy on Blake's face especially on Christmas morning when he sees that Santa has been. I'm starting to prepare our home for Christmas to keep us organised and keep stress at bay.


With December only a few days away I wanted to share with you our Christmas bucket list for inspiration to get you into the Christmas spirit.





- Get the  Advent Calandars out on 1st December (check out this year's reccomendations here)

- Put up the Christmas tree and decorations together 

- Book to go and see Santa 

- Elf on the shelf tradition (check out our Elf for Christmas)

- Write a letter to Santa

- Have a North Pole Breakfast 

- Watch Christmas films (check out my list here)

- Listen/dance to Christmas music

- Decorate a gingerbread house 

- Make a Christingle 

- Write/make Christmas cards

- Have a festive Costa/ coffee shop drink 

- Christmas Eve buffet

- Wear a Christmas Jumpers

- Wear Christmas pjs

- Make Christmas crafts

- Phone/video chat with family members you can't see

- Put together a Christmas Eve box/basket of goodies

- See a virtual santa/or use an app like portable North Pole 

- Donate to charity 

- Go for a family walk

- Eat lots of Christmas treats

- Have a fun festive bath

- Take lots of photos (check out this list)

- Bake festive treats together 

- Visit a Christmas Market

- Go to see Winter Illuminations 

- Follow a light trail

- Toast Marshmallows 

- Go for a walk round the block looking at Christmas decorations 

- Play Christmas themed party games

- Donate toys

- Donate to a food bank

- Take photos together with Christmas filters

- Make fake snow

- Try festive science experiments 

- Gather round a fire pit 

- paint Christmas themed rocks
