Aldi Plus Size Range

One of my favourite supermarkets Aldi are launching their own plus size range of clothing.
As part of their special buys Aldi have now launched their first ever plus size fashion range.
Sizes starting at 16 up 30 you will be able to pick up classic underwear and comfy pjs whilst doing your shop.

As with all special buy items these items are subject to availability with items going on sale
from today (8th May). Prices start at as little as £2.49 so you will have to be quick.

No need to threat though if you miss out this time as more items will be in store sometime during October.

I was sent one of the padded bras, £5.99 in black unfortunately they didn't have my size in stock so I will be
giving this away to the local charity shop. You can choose from black or white and are available in Sizes: 36D, 38D, 38E, 40E or 42E.

The bra looks lovely and stylish though and I'm sure it will be very comfy too.

Last of all I was sent this brown ladies top which is available in sizes 16-24, £6.99.
Again this will be going to the charity shop but this is because at current I fit in a size 12/14.
There are 3 colours to choose from brown, blue and red.

What do you think of Aldi doing a plus size range?

My Weight loss Essentials

When it came to weight loss there are a few things that I have found to be essential
to have.

Clothing

When it comes to loosing a lot of weight most people will buy new clothes
for each size they drop down to. I however tried to make as much use
out of the clothes I have had only been shopping are rare few times for new clothes that fit.

- A good pair of leggings is essential to me as you can still wear them when they are slightly too
big, unlike jeans. So I literally live in them at the moment until I hit target
and can start wearing jeans as well again.

- A bra that fits I normally buy ones from M&S at £16 but when loosing weight
I found I was going down in size constantly so I ended up buying cheaper ones for now.
I brought a good one from Peacocks for £5 just the other day.

- When it comes to tops I layer them when I can to keep warm I also
buy smaller sizes as I know that I will get into them quite soon.

Fitness

I've never liked the idea of paying out to go to gym as its so pricey.
Their are however cheaper ways to keep fit and tone up and products to help too.

- Games and DVDs
I currently love playing on Zumba 2 and Zumba core and really want to get the
new one that was released last year and the Zumba dvd set.
I also use a dvd that aims to tone your abs I do however have my eye on
Davina's new dvd for 2014.

- Slender Tone
Ok so its not entirely essential but I won this last year over on facebook
and I use it often and I feel that my stomach muscles are getting stronger but
this maybe down to the ab exercises I do.
I tend to wear this while I am doing the chores or just relaxing with a book.

- A good sports bra really helps for giving you support whilst exercising
I find this essential as it stops the bounce so you can feel confortable
and you have no wires digging in too.

Other

- Mugshots which are packets of pasta that you just put in a mug and add hot water too
they have been a life saver on days you don't want to bother cooking too much for lunch.

- Brita Filter bottle
This has made me drink a lot more water than I use to and is very handy to pop in your bag.

- Beanies Flavoured coffee
I love coffee and its nice to have a flavoured coffee and its saved me £s in both terms
of the word as they are free on the slimming world plan.

- Diet/low calorie drinks
I love diet coke its my favourite drink and I love that I can drink fizzy
as long as its diet or low calorie.

What are weight loss essentials?

Primark Haul

Last Monday we went to Luton and I popped into Primark so that I could spend the vouchers
that I got from various people for Christmas.

I am so chuffed with the amount of clothes I've managed to get
and I still have quite a lot more left to spend next time I go there.

First up I got this top which was £3 on the tag but when I got to till  had gone down to £2.

The two tops below look great when I wear jeggings.
The pale pink one was £8, I love the pale pink and the collar on this one.
The hummingbird top was £5 I really love the detail of it.

The dark pink top was another saving £5 on the price tag but £3 at the till
love it when this happens.
The crotchet top is lovely and cost me £4  love the colour
and they also sold this top in a few other colours.

The redish top is the same as the blue one I am wearing in the first photo
but was at full price (£3)
The lace panel jumper was £6 and I will be wearing it with
a top underneath probably a white strappy top.

Last of all I had to get this lace skater skirt for £8
I love this and chose it in case I get invited somewhere as I don't have
much in my wardrobe for dressing up in since the weight loss
I am building up wardrobe all over again.

Have you been to Primark recently if so i'd love to see your haul.

I was sent the lovely 2 pack of floral socks which are so me as I love
my floral's and I was also sent the snoopy wild at heart pj's.

The pack of 2 socks retail at £3.99 and are not just pretty
but also very soft and comfortable I don't want to take the pink pair
I'm currently wearing off.

The Pj's retail at £7.99 which is fab cost as they are so soft and comfy
and a perfect fit.
They come in sizes 8 up to 18 and the size 12-14 fits me perfectly.

Shopping at Designer Outlets

Like many women out there I love shopping!
One of my dreams is to go shopping at designers outlets in London.
When it comes to clothes I like to wear items that I feel comfortable in.

The above photo's show you the sort of thing I like to wear on a daily basis.
- Dresses
- Leggings
- Tunic Tops
- Cardigans
- Boots

I would love  to go to the London Designer Outlet to see what they have though.
I am sure I could find some designer accessories that will last me years
such as a handbag or a pair of shoes.

The London Designer Outlet also has many high street shops such as
Marks and Spenser's and The Body shop.
There are also a range of lovely restaurants to choose
from such as the Handmade Burger Company and Zizzi.
Coffee shops for when you need a mid after noon pick me
up you can choose from many including Costa and Starbucks.
Also you can even stop and go and see a movie.

I love the idea of spending a whole day shopping at the outlet in Wembley
then stopping off for a lovely meal before going home it would make
a lovely day out with friends.

Would you ever like to go shopping at a designer outlet?

Review: Panache D+ Sports Bra

When it comes to weight-loss eating healthy and exercising come hand in hand.
Since I started my weight-loss journey in January I have found
love for exercise and keeping my body fit and healthy.

My only issue is that my everyday bra was digging into me whilst exercising
so I contacted Panache to find the ideal sports bra.

One of the main things I was concerned about when finding a sports
bra is that I am quiet busty so vigorous movements
cause bounce which can hurt too.
The Panache Sports bra offers the ultimate support and reduces bounce up
to 83%.
The bra holds each breast by supporting and reducing movement during any exercise.
The new range is made with a breathable, soft and lightweight micro-fibre and sports mesh fabrics which are comfortable to wear.

Available from a B-H cup in a choice of colours
including Black, White, Grey & now new fashion raspberry and red.

The Panache Sports Bra retails at approx £35.

Pros:

- 83% less bounce
- Comes in a range of colours
- Is comfortable
- Ideal for women with a bigger bust

Cons:

- Price this is the only downside as I would love to get another one
however price wise its not in my budget but it does work wonders
so it prob worth considering.

Autumn Outift

However today I had to show you the kinda outfit I love to wear during the autumn/ winter months.

We went shopping at The Mall Luton yesterday as Stuart had some vouchers to spend.
I was in the need of getting some new boots so I ended up buying some in Marks and Spencer's.
I also ended up in Primark and brought two cardigans which are really snug and comfy.

Dress: Limited Edition Yours Clothing Dress £8 from a charity shop
Cardigan: Primark £8 I also got an oatmeal coloured one.
Leggings: Yours Clothing £15 for two pairs
Boots:  Marks and Spencer's £39.50

What kind of outfits do you like to wear in cold months ahead?
